I'm having trouble logging in or accessing my account.

First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in screen. If you're still unable to access your account, contact us at the email above with the address associated with your account and we'll help you get back in.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

CueCraft subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select CueCraft from the list to manage your plan. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at the address above. Please include the email associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

I was charged but didn't mean to subscribe.

Apple handles all billing for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Select the charge in question and follow the prompts. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
